Know the Limits of Your Role
Never claim powers you do not have.
Follow lawful instructions and company procedures. SIA-licensed activities must be performed by appropriately licensed staff where required. Use of force, searches, ejections and other interventions must remain within law, training and procedure.
Force is never punishment
Any force must be lawful, necessary and proportionate, and must be reported in accordance with company/site procedure.
