Cancellation by the Delegate

Notification of cancellation must be received in writing via email to Training@Controlledspace.co.uk, The date of the cancellation will be the date the written request is received by Controlled Space Limited. Refunds will be processed based on the following timeline:

More than 30 days before the course start date:

A full refund of the course fee (100%) will be issued.

Between 29 and 15 days before the course start date:

A refund of 50% of the course fee will be issued. Controlled Space Limited will retain 50% of the fee to cover administrative costs.

14 days or less before the course start date:

No refund will be issued. The full course fee remains payable and will be charged.

Non-Attendance ("No Show")

If a delegate does not attend a charged-for training course (whether in-person or online) and has not formally cancelled in accordance with the notice periods above, the place will be charged in full, and no refund will be provided.

Examination and Assessment Failure

Course fees cover the cost of training and the initial examination or assessment attempt. Delegates are required to meet any pre-requisites for the course, including demonstrating the required standard in any initial English language assessment. If a delegate fails this initial English language assessment, they will be deemed unable to complete the remainder of the course.

If a delegate fails to successfully complete the course, assessment, final examination, or any mandatory pre-assessment (including an initial English language assessment) for any reason, they will not be eligible for a refund. Any resit, re-assessment, remedial training, or re-take of the course will be subject to an additional charge.

Cancellation by Controlled Space Limited

Controlled Space Limited reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training course due to insufficient enrolment, trainer illness, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of such a cancellation by Controlled Space Limited, registrants will be offered:

• A full refund of the course fee; or
• A transfer of their booking to a future course date.

Controlled Space Limited is not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by the delegate arising from such cancellation, including, but not limited to, travel or accommodation costs.
